General Manager
Jamie brings a strong background in client relations, facility operations, capital project coordination, financial planning, and risk management. She places a high value on clear communication, proactive maintenance practices, and thoughtful financial stewardship—qualities that help communities operate efficiently and remain strong long‑term investments for their residents.
 
With six years of community management experience, Jamie is known for her steady leadership style, practical problem-solving skills, and long‑range planning approach. She has built successful relationships with residents, boards, and vendor partners, all while maintaining focus on budgets, reserves, and overall community performance.
 
Jamie is committed to ongoing professional development and holds industry credentials through the Community Associations Institute, including her CMCA designation through CAMICB. She is also an active member of the Austin Area CAI Chapter, where she contributes to advancing education and best practices in the field.
 
A proud Texas native, Jamie and her husband, Jason, have been married for over 10 years. They are devoted parents to three children—Kylie (10), Kade (9), and Kathryn (3)—and share their home with their Rottweiler, Ruger. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys cheering on her children at softball and baseball games, camping with family and friends, exploring the Texas Hill Country, and spending time outdoors. Maintenance Associate
Mase is the backbone of our community and the go-to expert for keeping everything running smoothly. As a Certified Pool Operator, he ensures our pool and water amenities are always clean, safe, and ready to enjoy. Beyond the pool, Mase takes pride in maintaining all community amenities, keeping common areas in top condition, and making sure even the smallest details don’t get overlooked—right down to routinely servicing our dog waste stations.
 
From everyday maintenance to complex handyman projects, there truly isn’t anything Mase cannot do. His skill, reliability, and can‑do attitude make him an invaluable part of our team, and his dedication helps make our community a comfortable, well‑maintained place to call home.
