Architectural Modifications

The governing documents for Rough Hollow state that all improvements and modifications must be approved by the HOA before the commencement of any work. Submitting an architectural modification plan to the HOA for approval is required to ensure that all changes are consistent with the community’s governing documents, aesthetic standards, and long‑term vision. The review process helps protect property values, maintain architectural harmony, and prevent improvements that could negatively impact neighboring homes or shared structures.
 
To submit an application, please complete all of the following items:
 
  1. Completed and signed application
  2. Include site survey with setbacks and build lines
  3. Include a detailed design plan with photos
  4. Submit the application fee and deposit via check, payable to Rough Hollow (if applicable)
  5. Submit signed Neighbor Awareness Form
Once all items are complete, you may drop off the application at the Welcome Center management office or email a PDF version to the management office at roughhollow.tx@fsresidential.com
