Lakeway, TX – April 2, 2026 — Canyon Grille at Rough Hollow today announces a full transformation in concept, leadership, and ownership beginning Monday, April 6, 2026, at which time the restaurant will temporarily close. The Grille will officially reopen on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, with a new concept—a reimagined culinary experience where diners can enjoy lakefront hospitality and fresh, regionally sourced Central Texas ingredients from the Hill Country to the Gulf Coast.
The Canyon Grille at Rough Hollow is privately owned and not affiliated with the Rough Hollow HOAs.
