Pursuant to the Bylaws of The Vineyards, the Board of Directors announces that the Annual Meeting of the members will be held on Tuesday, August 26th at 6:00 pm located at the Highland Village Pavilion at 901 Highlands Blvd., Lakeway, TX 78738.  
 The purpose of this meeting is to conduct business related to the Association, in the presence of the Membership, and elect two (2) homeowner Board members. The annual meeting agenda is as follows:
